received, to ensure that any bank transfers, if not paid in cash, have time to process and
ensure that no payments bounce back. This can be requested via a direct email to

● You can request that your data be removed immediately, u see the circumstances that
your event is cancelled.

unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. The importance of protecting your

the 12 months.
● All users can provide via email any updates to their current personal data to allow a
positive and easy experience, and enhance correspondence.
● All users can discuss any changes to their venue. However, any changes of any
relevance to any part of the photoshoot, you will need to agree to understand that if any
details change that, that might not guarantee the progression of the service. This can be
carried out via email or phone call.
● All users have the right to request the withdrawal of consent to keep their data within the
parameters of 3 days after the invoice or immediate removal if the event is cancelled.
This can be carried out via email, phone call, or form submission on the website.
● All users have the right to withdraw consent of their image use at any time.

Security Measures
● All digital information will be stored on a business email with an organised folder
containing data, that has no connection to my personal email address for 12 months,
unless requested sooner by the client as seen under the Data Retention and Deletion
Section.
● All paperwork will be stored in a folder for 12 months in my possession at a specific
address and then further shredded when the 12 months expires, unless requested
sooner by the client as seen under the Data Retention and Deletion Section.
● Phone contacts will also be removed after 12 months or sooner, as requested by the
client under the Data Retention and Deletion Section.
